About the Speaker:
Bobur Saidov is a lecturer of Tashkent State University of Law in Department of Cyber Law.
Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Private Law (2018–2022) and completed his master's degree in Cyber Law (2022-2023) at Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL).
He actively participates in advanced training and professional development. His professional and academic interests include cyber law, legal technology, artificial intelligence in the legal profession, arbitration, and victimology.
In 2024, he completed training in investment arbitration at the TAA Arbitration Academy (Istanbul) and participated in international educational courses on law, technology, and victimology at universities in India and United Kingdom
